Targets
Ten shots are fired at a target, 10 at one diagram at 100 yds, 5 shots on each diagram at 50yds or 50 metres and one shot on each diagram at 25yds, the maximum score being 100 points.
Shots touching the outer edge of the scoring ring on 100yd , 50yd and 50m targets score the higher value. On 25 yard targets shots touching the outer edge of the scoring ring score the lower value.

Competition Targets are produced and printed by the National Small-bore Rifle Association. Targets for 100, 50 and 25 yards are particular to the United Kingdom. 50 metre targets although similar in appearance to 50 yard targets have slightly different dimensions for the scoring rings and are an International Standard and used for Olympic rifle disciplines.
